RefinedPrompt ("we") is operated by Zhang Cheng, China. This policy explains what data we handle and why. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
Who processes what
- Our payment processor (merchant of record): checkout, payment details, subscription status, refunds, and sales-tax/VAT calculation and collection where required. We never see your full card number.
- Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, security logs, and, if enabled, Web Analytics.
- Kit (email provider): only if you join the email list or receive monthly issue delivery emails: your email address and delivery/open data, handled under Kit's policy.
- Us: your email, name, country and order/subscription details, so we can deliver issues and answer support mail.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. Our analytics, when on, is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and reports aggregate page views; that is why there is no cookie banner. Campaign tags (UTM) are kept only in your browser tab's session storage so we can tell which channel a visit came from. They are not added to hosted checkout links. If we ever add GA4 or advertising pixels, a consent banner will be added first and they will not load before you accept.
Issue delivery emails are part of the subscription. Each one carries a trackable download link, and opening a download is recorded. They stop when the subscription ends. Marketing emails are only sent if you asked for them; every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Ask us to access, correct or delete your data at popeye@mail.grokbot.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept while they are useful for support.
