FAQ
How do I get each issue?
Right after you pay, you get a trackable download link for the current issue (from the receipt email or the thank-you page). We record whether a file was downloaded. On the annual plan, each new issue gets its own download link sent to the email you used at checkout, about once a month.
Do subscribers get back issues?
Your plan starts with the issue that is current when you subscribe. Issues that are already out of print are not included.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks, from the customer portal linked in your receipt email, or just email popeye@mail.grokbot.com. You keep every issue you already received.
Does the annual plan renew automatically?
Yes. It renews once a year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded any file. Once any download has started or completed — single issue or any issue on the annual plan — there is no refund. After the window (or after a download) you can still cancel the annual plan so it does not renew; we do not give partial refunds for unused months.
Single issue or annual?
One issue is $9. The annual plan is $29 for 12 issues, about $2.42 an issue, 73% less than buying every issue on its own.
Which AI image model are the prompts for?
Any mainstream image model. Every prompt is plain English, and the settings line under it (for example Vertical 9:16 · Low stylization) tells you what to choose in your tool. The PDF also notes which model each original image was made with and how to reproduce it in other models.
Same image every time?
No. AI is random. You get the same style, light and mood, which is the point of a recipe.
"Style recipe" vs "Original prompt"?
Each recipe is labelled. Original prompt is the exact prompt behind the image. Style recipe was written by breaking the image into subject, palette, light and texture.
Commercial use?
Use the prompts commercially. Rights to images you generate follow your AI tool's terms. No reselling the pack.
